CME-Congresses is the official Organizer (PCO) for the 7th World Congress of the International Society for Fertility Preservation (ISFP) and will be offering specially reduced rates for accommodation.

Registration and Faculty Desk
The Registration and Faculty Desk will operate during the following hours:
Thursday, Nov. 10: 13:00 – 18:00
Friday, Nov. 11: 08:30 – 18:00
Saturday, Nov. 12: 07:30 – 16:30
Your name tag is included in your personal congress kit. Please wear our name tag during all sessions and social events.

Exhibition Opening Hours
The Exhibition Area is located in the Gallery (Ground floor) and will be open during the following hours:
Thursday, Nov. 10: 18:00 – 19:30
Friday, Nov. 11: 10:30 – 16:00
Saturday, Nov. 12: 10:15 – 16:30

Welcome Reception: Supported by visit.brussels
The ISFP Welcome Reception will be held in the Exhibition and Poster Area, in the Gallery, on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 18:30. All registered participants are invited to attend!

Following the congress, all registered participants will receive an email containing a link.

Poster Presentation Area Supported by Ferring
Abstract posters will be available for viewing on-site on Friday and Saturday of the congress. Viewing will be split into two groups: Group A on Friday (Nov. 11) and Group B on Saturday (Nov. 12).

  • Posters should be mounted on the boards provided on-site no later than 10:00 on the day that they are to be presented.
  • Mounting material will be provided by the Congress Secretariat.
  • Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters to answer questions during the breaks as scheduled in the program.
  • Group A posters should be dismantled no later than 19:30 on Friday, November 11.
  • Group B posters should be dismantled no later than 16:00 on Saturday, November 12.
  • The Congress Organizer is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time!

Photography and Recording Policy
Participants are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off cell phones before entering the session hall. Video and audio recording are not allowed.

Accreditation
To the attention of Belgian doctors:  Accreditation has been asked, and 1.5 points of accreditation in Ethics and Economy have been granted to the 7th ISFP Congress.
Other accreditation points will surely follow.

Climate
Average temperatures can range from lows of 42°F to highs of 60°F (6°C to 16°C).

Visas
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a Visa to travel to Belgium. Information about Visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website.

CME-Congresses will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.

Liability
The congress Secretariat and the organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor for loss of, or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the ISFP congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
